Flat rate of S$10 for orders below S$100

We ship internationally. After checkout, we will contact you regarding shipment costs and details before processing and shipping. International shipments may be subject to your local import duties, customs and sales taxes. You are liable for these costs and payment is necessary for customs release in your country.


All orders are shipped from Singapore.
We are strong believers in our partners, and to make sure you have access to the widest possible selection of their products, some of these products are stocked in Singapore while in some cases they may first have to be brought in from our partners' base of operations.

Orders typically take 5-15 working days to process and ship. This may seem a little long, but we want to help you save on delivery costs while having a great choice of products.
In Singapore, orders are shipped using Singpost Registered Mail or direct courier delivery.


Your satisfaction is important to us and our partners. We stand by our products, but understand that you may wish to return them after receipt.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for any product returns which should be in their original undamaged and unopened packaging. We will refund your purchase, excluding shipping costs incurred by Mad Mooves.


If your order is damaged, do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately. This is to avoid dispute as the product is considered your responsibility once you accept it.
In case of a faulty product, contact us and we will exchange the product for you. If a similar product is not available, we will issue you a refund.
